Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot

Intense deep red color with ruby highlights. Dense, complex bouquet with aromas of fruits of the forest, tobacco, cedar, and dark chocolate. Full bodied and robust on the palate with excellent balance, a back bone of tannins and a long, fruity aftertaste. Ageing potential: 10-15 years

Food pairing: Rich meat dishes, game and ripe cheeses. Serve at 18-20°C.
CABERNET SAUVIGNON
PROTECTED GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATION ATTIKI, RED DRY WINE

Cabernet Sauvignon

Intense deep red color, herbal nose with aromas of plum and hints of licorice. A medium weight wine, with good finesse and a bouquet of red fruit with floral notes. Well balanced in the mouth with good structure, supple tannins and good acidity. Ageing potential: 2-3 years.

Food pairing: A perfect match for simple, every day dishes, red meat, stews, strong cheese and charcuterie. Serve at 15-16°C.

Agiorgitiko - Cabernet Sauvignon

Intense red color. Pleasant fruity character with a bouquet of red fruit with floral notes. Well balanced in the mouth with supple tannins and good acidity. Ageing potential: 1-2 years

Food pairing: White or red meat cooked in the oven, yellow cheese and sausages. Serve at: 15-16°C.
