Variety: 100% Viognier

Lemon color with golden highlights, intense aromas of apricot, nectarine, peach, mango, pear jam married with the vanilla and the notes of white flowers. Body rich and fat, round with creamy texture and a strong presence of a cool but soft acidity. Complex with power and finesse.

Food Suggestions: White pasta, fried fish, mushrooms, cream and fatty Chevre cheeses.
