FOODRINCO Privacy Statement

SCOPE OF THIS STATEMENT
Please read this Privacy Statement (“Statement”) carefully in order to understand our policies and practices regarding Personal Data and how we will process it.
This Statement applies to individuals who use FOODRINCO services as consumers (referred to using the second-person plural). This Statement explains how Personal Data relating to you is collected, used, and disclosed by FOODRINCO entities (referred to as “FOODRINCO” or, more generally, using the first-person plural). It also explains how you can access and update your Personal Data, as well as how you can make certain choices regarding the way it is used.
This Statement covers our online and offline data-collection activities (on and off network), including activities involving Personal Data that we collect through various means, such as via websites, applications, third-party social media platforms, our Consumer Services Department, points of sale, and events. Please note that we collect Personal Data from different sources (e.g., websites, through an offline event). In this context, we combine Personal Data originally collected by various FOODRINCO entities or FOODRINCO partners. Please refer to Article 9 for more information on how you can object to this form of processing.
If you do not provide us with certain necessary Personal Data (we will indicate the cases where this is required, for example by making this clear on our registration forms), we may not be able to provide you with our products and/or services. This Statement may be amended from time to time (see Article 11).

This Statement applies in relation to the Personal Data we collect from you or about you by the methods described below (see Article 2), from the following sources:
FOODRINCO websites. Consumer-directed websites operated by/for FOODRINCO, including websites we operate under our own domain names/URLs and mini-sites we run on third-party social media platforms such as Facebook (“Websites”).
FOODRINCO mobile websites/apps. Consumer-directed mobile websites or applications operated by/for FOODRINCO, such as smartphone applications.
E-mail, texts and other electronic messages. Interactions between you and FOODRINCO via electronic communication channels.
FOODRINCO Consumer Services Department (CES). Communications with the Consumer Services Department (CES).
Non-electronic registration forms. Paper or digital registration forms and similar forms we collect through, for example, postal mailings, in-store sampling/try-outs, contests and other promotional activities or events.
Interactions with advertisements. If you interact with one of our advertisements (e.g., an advertisement on a third-party website), we may receive information about that interaction.
Data generated by us. In the context of our interaction, we may generate Personal Data relating to you (e.g., a record of purchases you made on our website).
Data from other sources. Third-party social media platforms (e.g., Facebook and Google) or market research (if comments are not provided anonymously), third parties that collect data, FOODRINCO partners for conducting promotional activities, publicly available sources, and data we receive when we acquire other companies.
- PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
Depending on how you interact with FOODRINCO (online or offline, by phone, etc.), we collect various types of information from you, as described below:
Personal contact information. Information that you provide to us and that enables us to contact you, such as your full name, postal address, email address, social media contact details, or phone number.
Account login information. Information required to give you access to your specific account profile, such as login ID/login email address, username, password in non-retrievable form and/or security questions and answers.
Demographic information and interests. Information describing your demographic or behavioral characteristics, such as date of birth, age or age range, gender, geographic location (e.g., postal code), favorite products, hobbies and interests, and information about your household and lifestyle.
Computer/mobile device information. Information about the IT system or other technology device you use to access one of our Websites or applications, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer or device to the internet, the type of operating system, and the type and version of browser. If you access a FOODRINCO website or application through a mobile device such as a smartphone, the information collected will also include, where permitted, your phone’s unique device identifier, advertising ID, geographic location, and other similar mobile device data.
Website/communications usage information. While you navigate and interact with our Websites or newsletters, we use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your actions. This includes the links you click, the pages or content you view and for how long, and other similar information and statistics regarding your interactions, such as content response times, download errors, and time spent on certain pages. This information is collected using automated technologies such as cookies and web beacons, as well as through the use of third-party tracking systems, for statistical or advertising purposes. You have the right to object to the use of these technologies; for more details please refer to Article 4.
Market research and consumer feedback. Any information you voluntarily share with us about your experience regarding the use of our products and services.
Consumer-generated content. Any content you create and then share with us on third-party social media platforms or by uploading it to one of our Websites or applications, including through third-party social media applications such as Facebook. For example: photos, videos, personal stories, or other similar media/content. Where permitted, we collect and publish consumer-generated content in connection with various activities such as contests and other promotions, online community activities, consumer loyalty initiatives, and networking activities on third-party social media platforms.
Third-party social media information. Any information you publicly share on a third-party social media platform, or information that is part of your profile on a third-party social media platform (such as Facebook) that you allow the platform to share with us. For example: basic account information (e.g., full name, email address, gender, birthday, current city of residence, profile photo, user ID, friends list, etc.) and any other additional information or activities you allow the third-party platform to share. We receive your social media profile information (or parts of it) each time you upload to or interact with a FOODRINCO online application on a third-party social media platform such as Facebook, each time you use a social networking feature integrated into a FOODRINCO website (such as Facebook Connect), or each time you interact with us through a third-party social media platform. To learn more about how your data from a third-party social media platform is obtained by FOODRINCO or to opt out of sharing such data, please visit the relevant third-party social media platform’s website.
Payment details and other financial information. Any information we need to process an order or that you use to make a purchase, such as your debit or credit card details (cardholder name, card number, expiry date, etc.) or other forms of payment (if provided). In all cases, we or our payment processing service provider handle required payment details and other financial information in a manner consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and security standards such as PCI DSS.
Calls to the Consumer Services Department (CES). Communications with CES may be recorded or monitored in accordance with applicable law for local operational needs (e.g., quality or training purposes). Payment card details are not recorded. Where required by law, you will be informed of such recording at the beginning of your call.
Sensitive Personal Data. We do not seek to collect or process sensitive personal data as part of our daily operations. If, for any reason, it becomes necessary to process sensitive personal data relating to you, we rely on your prior explicit consent for each processing activity, which is provided voluntarily (e.g., for commercial promotion purposes). If we process sensitive personal data relating to you for other purposes, we use the following legal bases: (i) prevention and detection of crime (including fraud prevention), and (ii) compliance with applicable law (e.g., in compliance with diversity reporting).
- CHILDREN’S PERSONAL DATA
We do not request or knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 16, we will promptly remove the personal data relating to that child from our records. However, FOODRINCO may collect personal data from children under 16 directly from a parent or guardian and with that person’s explicit consent.
- LOG FILES AND WEB BEACONS
Log files. We collect information in the form of log files that record website activity and compile statistics about your browsing habits. These logs are generated automatically and help us correct errors, improve performance, and maintain the security of our Websites.
COOKIE LIST
Web beacons. Web beacons (also known as “web bugs”) are small strings of code that provide a graphic image on a webpage or in an email for the purpose of transmitting data to our company. Information collected via web beacons includes details such as IP address and information about how you respond to an email marketing campaign (e.g., when you opened the email, which links you click in the email, etc.). We use web beacons on our Websites and/or include them in emails we send to you. We use the information collected through web beacons for various purposes, including, indicatively, tracking traffic on websites, counting unique visitors, advertising purposes, email auditing and reporting, and personalization.

The following paragraphs describe the various purposes for which we collect and use Personal Data relating to you and the different categories of Personal Data collected for each purpose. Please note that not all uses listed below are relevant for every individual.
Customer service
We use Personal Data relating to you for customer service purposes, for example to respond to your questions. This usually requires the use of certain personal contact information and information about the reason for your inquiry (e.g., order status, technical issue, product question/complaint, general inquiry, etc.).

Contests, marketing and other promotions
Subject to your consent (where required), we use Personal Data relating to you to provide you with information about products and services (e.g., communications, campaigns or marketing actions). This may be done using channels such as email, advertisements, SMS, phone calls, and postal mail, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Some of our campaigns and promotions take place on third-party websites and/or on social media. This use of Personal Data is voluntary, which means you may object to or withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data for these purposes. For more detailed information on how you can adjust your preferences for marketing communications, please refer to Articles 9 and 10 below. For more information about our contests and other promotions, please refer to the official rules or the details accompanying each contest/promotion.

Third-party social media
We use Personal Data relating to you when you interact with third-party social networking features, such as “Like” features, in order to serve advertisements and engage with you on third-party social media platforms. You can learn more about how these features work, what profile data we obtain about you, and how to block these actions by reading the privacy statements of the respective third-party social media platforms.

Personalization (online and offline)
Subject to your consent (where required), we use Personal Data relating to you to: (i) analyze your preferences and habits, (ii) predict your needs based on the profile analysis we have conducted, (iii) improve and personalize your experience on our Websites and applications, (iv) ensure that the content of our Websites/apps is optimized for you and for your computer or other device, (v) provide you with targeted advertising and content, and (vi) enable you to participate in interactive features, at your choice. For example, we may remind you of your login ID/login email address or username so you can log in quickly the next time you visit our website, or so you can easily retrieve items you previously placed in your shopping cart. Based on such information and subject to your consent (where required), we may also present you with certain FOODRINCO content or promotions tailored to your interests. This use of Personal Data is voluntary, which means you may object to the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose. For more detailed information on how to block these actions, please refer to Article 10 below.
Order processing
We use Personal Data relating to you to process and ship your orders, inform you about the status of your orders, correct addresses, verify your identity, and carry out other activities related to detecting fraud incidents. In this context, we use certain Personal Data and payment information.

Other general purposes (e.g., internal research, market research, analytics, security)
In accordance with applicable law, we use Personal Data relating to you for other general business purposes, such as maintaining your account, conducting internal research or market research, and measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. If you have FOODRINCO accounts, we reserve the right to merge them into a single account. We also use Personal Data to manage and operate FOODRINCO’s communications, IT, and security systems.
Legal reasons or merger/acquisition
If FOODRINCO or its assets are acquired or merged with another company for reasons including bankruptcy, we will disclose Personal Data relating to you to our lawful successors. We will also disclose Personal Data relating to you to third parties (i) as required by applicable law, (ii) in the context of legal proceedings, (iii) to satisfy a request made by a competent law-enforcement authority, (iv) to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of the public, or (v) to enforce the terms of a contract or the terms of our Website.

- DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
In addition to the FOODRINCO entities listed in the section on data controllers and their contact details (see Article 12), we disclose Personal Data relating to you to the following types of third parties:
Service providers. External companies we use to help us carry out our business operations (e.g., order fulfillment, payment processing, fraud detection and identity verification, website operation, market research companies, support services, promotions, website development, data analysis, Consumer Services Department, etc.). Access to and use of Personal Data by service providers and their selected personnel on our behalf is permitted only in connection with specific tasks they have been asked to perform under our instructions, and they are required to keep Personal Data confidential and secure. Where required by applicable law, you may obtain a list of the service providers that process Personal Data relating to you (see Article 12 on contacting us).
Credit reference agencies / debt collection agencies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, credit reference agencies and debt collection agencies are external companies we use to help us check your creditworthiness (particularly in relation to orders invoiced) or to collect unpaid invoices.
Third companies using Personal Data for their own marketing purposes. Except where you provide your consent, we do not provide or sell Personal Data relating to you to third companies for their own marketing purposes. Their identity will be disclosed to you when your consent is requested.
Third recipients using Personal Data for legal reasons or in the context of a merger/acquisition. We will disclose Personal Data relating to you to third parties for legal reasons or in the context of a merger or acquisition (see Article 5 for details).
- RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
FOODRINCO takes all appropriate measures to ensure that Personal Data relating to you is processed only for the minimum period necessary in relation to the purposes described in this Privacy Statement. The criteria used to determine the retention period of Personal Data relating to you are:
(a) FOODRINCO will retain copies of Personal Data relating to you in an identifiable form for as long as:
- We maintain an ongoing relationship with you (e.g., you are included in our email list and have not unsubscribed), and/or
- Your Personal Data is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Statement and we have a valid legal basis.
(b) The duration of: (i) the applicable limitation period (e.g., the period during which an individual could bring claims against us), and (ii) an additional period of 2 months after the limitation period expires (so that we can identify the Personal Data of an individual who may bring claims at the end of the limitation period).
(c) In addition, if related claims are raised, we may continue processing Personal Data relating to you for any additional period deemed necessary, depending on the progress of the claims raised.
During the periods referred to in (b)(i) and (b)(ii) above, we will restrict the processing of Personal Data relating to you to storage and maintaining the security of such data, unless the data must be reviewed in connection with any claim or obligation arising under applicable law.
Upon expiry of the period referred to in (a), (b), (c) above, as applicable, we will proceed with either permanent deletion or destruction of the relevant Personal Data, or its anonymization.
- DISCLOSURE, STORAGE AND/OR TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
We use appropriate measures (as described below) to keep Personal Data relating to you confidential and secure. Please note, however, that these protective measures do not apply to information you choose to share in public areas, such as on third-party social media platforms.
Persons who may access Personal Data. Personal Data relating to you will be processed only by our authorized staff or agents who need to know it, depending on the specific purposes for which it was collected (e.g., our staff handling customer service matters will have access to your consumer file).
Measures taken in operational environments. We store Personal Data relating to you in operational environments that use reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access. We apply reasonable security standards to protect Personal Data. Transmission of information via the internet is unfortunately not completely secure, and while we will do our best to protect Personal Data relating to you, we cannot guarantee the security of data during transmission via our Websites and applications.
Measures we expect you to take. It is important that you also play a role in maintaining the security of Personal Data relating to you. When registering to create an online account, ensure you choose an account password that is difficult for others to guess and never disclose it to anyone else. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential and for any use of your account. If you share a computer or use a public computer, never select “remember” for your ID/login email address or password, and ensure you log out of your account whenever you step away. Also, use the privacy settings or controls we provide on our Website/in our application.
Transfer of Personal Data. The storage and processing of Personal Data as described above may ultimately involve the transfer/transmission and/or storage of Personal Data relating to you to a destination outside your country of residence, including countries that apply different data protection standards from those in force within the EEA. We have (i) implemented standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to protect Personal Data (and you have the right to request a copy of these clauses by contacting us as indicated below) and/or (ii) we will rely on your consent (as permitted by law).
Due to the international nature of our operations, we may also need to transfer Personal Data relating to you to third parties, as referred to in Article 6 above, in accordance with the purposes described in this Privacy Statement. For this reason, we may transfer Personal Data relating to you to other countries that have different laws and different compliance requirements for data protection than those applied in your country of establishment.
- YOUR RIGHTS
Access to Personal Data. You have the right to access, review, and request a paper or electronic copy of the information relating to you that we hold. You also have the right to request information about the origin of your Personal Data.
You can exercise these rights by sending us an email at info@foodrinco.gr or writing to FOODRINCO S.A., Lefkis 132, Kryoneri, 145 68, and attaching a copy of your ID card or corresponding evidence (in cases requested by us and permitted by law). If the request is submitted by someone other than you without evidence that the request was lawfully submitted on your behalf, the request will be rejected.
Please note that identity documents provided to us will be processed only in accordance with and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Additional rights (e.g., rectification, deletion of Personal Data). In accordance with applicable law, you may (i) request the deletion, portability, correction, or review of your Personal Data, (ii) restrict the use and disclosure of your Personal Data, and (iii) withdraw your consent for any data processing activity by our company.
In accordance with applicable law, you may exercise the following additional rights regarding the use of the relevant Personal Data relating to you:
- the right to object, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the use of the relevant Personal Data relating to you by/for FOODRINCO;
- the right to object to the processing of the relevant Personal Data relating to you by/for FOODRINCO for direct marketing purposes.
Please note that in certain cases it will be impossible to delete your Personal Data without simultaneously deleting your user account. We may be required to retain certain Personal Data relating to you even after you have requested its deletion, in order to comply with our legal or contractual obligations. Also, under applicable law, we may be permitted to retain certain Personal Data relating to you for our business needs.
Where possible, our Websites provide a specific feature through which you can review and edit the Personal Data you have provided. Please note that we require our registered consumers to verify their identity (e.g., login ID/login email address, password) in order to access or make changes to account details. This prevents unauthorized access to your account.
We hope that our responses will resolve any questions you may have regarding how we process Personal Data. However, if you remain concerned about unresolved issues, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authorities.
- YOUR CHOICES REGARDING HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA
We strive to offer you choices regarding the Personal Data you provide us. You can control your Personal Data through the following mechanisms:
Cookies/similar technologies. You may manage your consent via (i) the consent management solution we provide or (ii) your browser settings so as to refuse all or some cookies/similar technologies or be notified when they are used. See Article 4 above.
Advertising, marketing and other promotions. You can provide consent for FOODRINCO to use your Personal Data to promote our products or services via the relevant checkbox on the registration form or by answering the question(s) posed by Consumer Services representatives. If you decide you no longer wish to receive such communications, you may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in each communication. To unsubscribe from marketing communications sent via any channel, including third-party social media platforms, you can opt out at any time by using the available links in our communications, by logging into the Websites/apps or third-party social media platforms and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by unchecking the relevant boxes, or by calling our Consumer Services Department. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, you will still receive administrative messages from us, such as order confirmations or other transaction confirmations, notifications about your account activity (e.g., account confirmations, password changes, etc.), and other important announcements that are not marketing in nature.
Personalization (online and offline). Where required by law, if you want FOODRINCO to use your Personal Data to provide a personalized experience/targeted advertising and content, you may indicate this via the relevant checkbox(es) on the registration form or by answering the question(s) posed by Consumer Services representatives. If you decide you no longer wish to benefit from such personalization, you may opt out at any time by logging into the Websites/apps or third-party social media platforms and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by unchecking the relevant boxes, or by calling our Consumer Services Department.
Targeted advertising. We work with advertising networks and other advertising service providers (“Advertising Providers”) that deliver ads on behalf of our company and other non-affiliated companies online. Some of these ads are tailored to your interests based on information collected on FOODRINCO websites or on non-affiliated websites over time. You can visit www.aboutads.info/choices to learn more about this type of advertising and how to opt out of online advertising practices by companies participating in the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) self-regulatory program. In addition, you can opt out of such ads in mobile applications from companies participating in the DAA’s AppChoices program by downloading the app from the iOS or Android app store. You can also stop the collection of precise location data from a mobile device by adjusting your device’s location services settings.
- CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT
If we change how we handle Personal Data, we will update this Statement. We reserve the right to make changes to our practices and this Statement at any time, so we encourage you to check frequently for updates or amendments to our Statement.

| Μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης τρίτων παρόχων: Χρησιμοποιούμε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν όταν έρχεστε σε επαφή με λειτουργίες κοινωνικής δικτύωσης τρίτων παρόχων, όπως οι λειτουργίες «Like», ώστε να σας παράσχουμε διαφημίσεις και να έλθουμε σε επαφή μαζί σας στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης τρίτων παρόχων. Μπορείτε να μάθετε περισσότερα σχετικά με τον τρόπο λειτουργίας αυτών των χαρακτηριστικών, τα δεδομένα προφίλ που αποκτούμε σχετικά με εσάς, καθώς και πώς να αποκλείσετε αυτές τις ενέργειες διαβάζοντας τις δηλώσεις περί προστασίας δεδομένων των αντίστοιχων μέσων κοινωνικής δικτύωσης τρίτων παρόχων. |

| Εξατομίκευση (εντός και εκτός δικτύου). Κατόπιν συγκατάθεσής σας (όπου απαιτείται), χρησιμοποιούμε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν για (i) να αναλύσουμε τις προτιμήσεις και τις συνήθειές σας, (ii) να προβλέψουμε τις ανάγκες σας βάσει της ανάλυσης του προφίλ σας που έχουμε πραγματοποιήσει, (iii) να βελτιώσουμε και να εξατομικεύσουμε την εμπειρία σας στους Ιστότοπους και στις εφαρμογές μας, (iv) να διασφαλίσουμε ότι το περιεχόμενο των Ιστότοπων/εφαρμογών μας βελτιστοποιείται για εσάς και για τον υπολογιστή ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη συσκευή σας, (v) να σας παράσχουμε στοχευμένες διαφημίσεις και περιεχόμενο και (vi) να σας επιτρέψουμε να συμμετάσχετε σε διαδραστικές λειτουργίες, κατ’ επιλογήν σας. Παραδείγματος χάριν, σας υπενθυμίζουμε την ταυτότητα σύνδεσης/ τη διεύθυνση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου σύνδεσης ή το όνομα χρήστη σας ώστε να μπορείτε να συνδεθείτε γρήγορα την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφθείτε τον ιστότοπό μας ή να μπορείτε να ανακτήσετε εύκολα τα είδη που είχατε τοποθετήσει προηγουμένως στο καλάθι αγορών σας. Βάσει αυτού του είδους πληροφοριών και κατόπιν συγκατάθεσής σας (όπου απαιτείται), σας παρουσιάζουμε επίσης συγκεκριμένο περιεχόμενο ή προωθητικές ενέργειες της FOODRINCO που είναι προσαρμοσμένες στα ενδιαφέροντά σας. Η χρήση Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα είναι εκούσια, γεγονός που σημαίνει ότι μπορείτε να εναντιωθείτε στην επεξεργασία των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν για αυτόν τον σκοπό. Για αναλυτικότερες πληροφορίες σχετικά με το πώς μπορείτε να αποκλείσετε αυτές τις ενέργειες, ανατρέξτε στο Άρθρο 10 πιο κάτω. | ||
| Διεκπεραίωση παραγγελιών. Χρησιμοποιούμε Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν για να επεξεργαστούμε και να αποστείλουμε τις παραγγελίες σας, να σας ενημερώσουμε για την κατάσταση των παραγγελιών σας, να διορθώσουμε διευθύνσεις και να επαληθεύσουμε την ταυτότητά σας, καθώς και για άλλες δραστηριότητες στο πλαίσιο του εντοπισμού κρουσμάτων απάτης. Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, χρησιμοποιούμε ορισμένα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα και πληροφορίες για την πραγματοποίηση πληρωμών. |

| Λοιποί γενικοί σκοποί (π.χ. εσωτερική έρευνα, έρευνα αγοράς, αναλύσεις, ασφάλεια) Σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία, χρησιμοποιούμε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν για λοιπούς γενικούς επιχειρηματικούς σκοπούς, όπως για τη διατήρηση του λογαριασμού σας, για τη διεξαγωγή εσωτερικής έρευνας ή έρευνας αγοράς και για τη μέτρηση της αποτελεσματικότητας των διαφημιστικών εκστρατειών. Σε περίπτωση που έχετε λογαριασμούς FOODRINCO, διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να τους ενοποιούμε σε έναν μοναδικό λογαριασμό. Επίσης, χρησιμοποιούμε Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα για τη διαχείριση και λειτουργία των συστημάτων επικοινωνίας, πληροφορικής και ασφάλειας της FOODRINCO. | ||
| Νομικοί λόγοι ή λόγοι συγχώνευσης/εξαγοράς. Σε περίπτωση που η FOODRINCO ή τα περιουσιακά στοιχεία της εξαγοραστούν ή συγχωνευθούν με άλλη εταιρεία για λόγους στους οποίους συμπεριλαμβάνεται η πτώχευση, θα κοινοποιήσουμε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν στους νόμιμους διαδόχους μας. Θα γνωστοποιούμε επίσης τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν σε τρίτα μέρη (i) ως απαιτείται από το ισχύον δίκαιο, (ii) στο πλαίσιο νομικών διαδικασιών, (iii) για την ικανοποίηση αιτήματος που υπέβαλε μια αρμόδια υπηρεσία επιβολής του νόμου, (iv) για την προστασία των δικαιωμάτων, του ιδιωτικού απορρήτου, της ασφάλειας ή της ιδιοκτησίας μας ή του κοινού ή (v) για την εφαρμογή των όρων μιας σύμβασης ή των όρων του Ιστότοπου μας. |

6. ΓΝΩΣΤΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΔΕΔΟΜΕΝΩΝ ΠΡΟΣΩΠΙΚΟΥ ΧΑΡΑΚΤΗΡΑ
Πέραν των οργανισμών της FOODRINCO που αναφέρονται στην ενότητα για τους υπεύθυνους επεξεργασίας δεδομένων και τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας τους (βλ. Άρθρο 12), κοινοποιούμε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν στα εξής είδη τρίτων οργανισμών:
Πάροχοι υπηρεσιών. Πρόκειται για εξωτερικές εταιρείες που χρησιμοποιούμε και μας βοηθούν στη διεκπεραίωση των εργασιών μας (π.χ. διεκπεραίωση παραγγελιών, επεξεργασία πληρωμών, ανίχνευση απάτης και επαλήθευση ταυτότητας, λειτουργία ιστότοπου, εταιρείες έρευνας αγοράς, υπηρεσίες υποστήριξης, προωθητικές ενέργειες, ανάπτυξη ιστότοπου, ανάλυση δεδομένων, Τμήμα Εξυπηρέτησης Καταναλωτών κ.τ.λ.). Η πρόσβαση και χρήση Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα από τους παρόχους υπηρεσιών και το επιλεγμένο προσωπικό τους για λογαριασμό μας επιτρέπεται μόνο σε σχέση με συγκεκριμένες εργασίες που τους έχει ζητηθεί να εκτελέσουν βάσει των οδηγιών μας και είναι υποχρεωμένοι να διατηρούν τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα εμπιστευτικά και ασφαλή. Εάν και εφόσον το επιτάσσει η ισχύουσα νομοθεσία, μπορείτε να λάβετε έναν κατάλογο με τους παρόχους υπηρεσιών που επεξεργάζονται Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν (βλ. Άρθρο 12 σχετικά με την Επικοινωνία με εμάς).
Γραφεία αξιολόγησης πιστοληπτικής ικανότητας/ γραφεία είσπραξης απαιτήσεων. Στον βαθμό που επιτρέπεται από την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία, τα γραφεία αξιολόγησης πιστοληπτικής ικανότητας και τα γραφεία είσπραξης χρεών είναι εξωτερικές εταιρείες που χρησιμοποιούμε για να μας βοηθήσουν να ελέγξουμε την πιστοληπτική ικανότητά σας (ιδιαίτερα σε σχέση με παραγγελίες για τις οποίες εκδίδεται τιμολόγιο) ή να εισπράξουμε ανεξόφλητα τιμολόγια.
Τρίτες εταιρείες που χρησιμοποιούν Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα για ίδιους σκοπούς εμπορικής προώθησης. Εξαιρουμένων των περιπτώσεων όπου παρέχετε τη συγκατάθεσή σας, δεν παραχωρούμε ούτε πωλούμε Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν σε τρίτες εταιρείες για ίδιους σκοπούς εμπορικής προώθησης των εν λόγω εταιρειών. Η ταυτότητά τους θα σας γνωστοποιείται όταν ζητείται η συγκατάθεσή σας.
Τρίτοι αποδέκτες που χρησιμοποιούν Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα για νομικούς λόγους ή στο πλαίσιο συγχώνευσης/εξαγοράς.. Θα γνωστοποιούμε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν σε τρίτα μέρη για νομικούς λόγους ή στο πλαίσιο μιας συγχώνευσης ή εξαγοράς (βλ. Άρθρο 5 για λεπτομέρειες).
7. ΔΙΑΤΗΡΗΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΔΕΔΟΜΕΝΩΝ ΠΡΟΣΩΠΙΚΟΥ ΧΑΡΑΚΤΗΡΑ
Η FOODRINCO λαμβάνει όλα τα κατάλληλα μέτρα για να διασφαλίζει ότι τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν υπόκεινται σε επεξεργασία, μόνο για το ελάχιστο χρονικό διάστημα που απαιτείται σε σχέση με τους σκοπούς που περιγράφονται στην παρούσα Δήλωση Ιδιωτικότητας. Τα κριτήρια για τον καθορισμό της χρονικής διάρκειας διατήρησης των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν είναι:
α) Η FOODRINCO θα διατηρεί αντίγραφα των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν σε μορφή που επιτρέπει την ταυτοποίηση για όσο χρονικό διάστημα:
- Διατηρούμε μια συνεχή σχέση με εσάς ( π.χ συμπεριλαμβάνεστε στη λίστα με τα emails μας και δεν έχετε διαγραφεί)
- Τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν είναι αναγκαία για την εκπλήρωση των σκοπών που περιγράφονται στη Δήλωση Ιδιωτικότητας και διαθέτουμε μια έγκυρη νόμιμη βάση.
β) Η διάρκεια: i) του εκάστοτε ισχύοντος χρόνου παραγραφής ( π.χ. το χρονικό διάστημα κατά το οποίο ένα άτομο θα μπορούσε να εγείρει αξιώσεις εναντίον μας ) και ii) επιπλέον χρονικό διάστημα 2 μηνών, μετά το πέρας του χρόνου παραγραφής (ώστε να μπορούμε να ταυτοποίησουμε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα του ατόμου, το οποίο ενδέχεται να εγείρει αξιώσεις στο τέλος του χρόνου παραγραφής )
γ) Επιπρόσθετα, σε περίπτωση έγερσης σχετικών αξιώσεων, ενδέχεται να συνεχίσουμε την επεξεργασία των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν, για όσο επιπρόσθετο χρονικό διάστημα κρίνεται απαραίτητο, με βάση την πορεία των αξιώσεων που έχουν εγερθεί.
Κατά τη διάρκεια των χρονικών διαστημάτων που αναφέρονται στην παράγραφο β) i) και β) ii) ανωτέρω, θα περιορίσουμε την επεξεργασία των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν, στην αποθήκευση και διατήρηση της ασφάλειας των δεδομένων αυτών, εκτός εάν, τα δεδομένα πρέπει να επανεξεταστούν αναφορικά με οποιαδήποτε αξίωση ή υποχρέωση που προκύπτει από την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία.
Με το πέρας του χρονικού διαστήματος που αναφέρεται στις παραγράφους α), β), γ) ανωτέρω, όπως ισχύει κάθε φορά, θα προβούμε ή σε μόνιμη διαγραφή ή σε καταστροφή των σχετικών Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα ή σε ανωνυμοποίησή τους.
8. ΓΝΩΣΤΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ, ΑΠΟΘΗΚΕΥΣΗ Η’/ ΚΑΙ ΔΙΑΒΙΒΑΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΔΕΔΟΜΕΝΩΝ ΠΡΟΣΩΠΙΚΟΥ ΧΑΡΑΚΤΗΡΑ
Χρησιμοποιούμε κατάλληλα μέτρα (όπως περιγράφονται πιο κάτω) για να τηρούμε εμπιστευτικά και ασφαλή τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν. Θα πρέπει να επισημανθεί, ωστόσο, ότι τα εν λόγω μέτρα προστασίας δεν ισχύουν σε σχέση με πληροφορίες που επιλέγετε να κοινοποιήσετε σε δημόσιους χώρους, όπως στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης τρίτων παρόχων.
Άτομα που δύνανται να έχουν πρόσβαση στα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα Τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν θα υποβάλλονται σε επεξεργασία μόνον από το εξουσιοδοτημένο προσωπικό ή προστηθέντες μας που είναι απαραίτητο να τα γνωρίζουν, ανάλογα με τους συγκεκριμένους σκοπούς για τους οποίους έχουν συλλεχθεί (π.χ. το προσωπικό μας που χειρίζεται ζητήματα εξυπηρέτησης καταναλωτών θα έχει πρόσβαση στο αρχείο καταναλωτή που σας αφορά).
Μέτρα που λαμβάνονται σε λειτουργικά περιβάλλοντα. Αποθηκεύουμε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν σε λειτουργικά περιβάλλοντα που χρησιμοποιούν εύλογα μέτρα ασφαλείας για την αποτροπή της μη εξουσιοδοτημένης πρόσβασης. Εφαρμόζουμε εύλογες προδιαγραφές ασφαλείας για την προστασία των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα. Η μετάδοση πληροφοριών μέσω του Διαδικτύου δεν είναι, δυστυχώς, απολύτως ασφαλής και παρόλο που θα κάνουμε το καλύτερο δυνατό για να προστατέψουμε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν, δεν μπορούμε να εγγυηθούμε την ασφάλεια των δεδομένων κατά τη μετάδοσή τους μέσω των Ιστότοπων και εφαρμογών μας.
Μέτρα που αναμένουμε να λάβετε εσείς. Είναι σημαντικό να διαδραματίζετε κι εσείς έναν ρόλο στη διατήρηση της ασφάλειας των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν. Όταν προχωράτε σε εγγραφή για τη δημιουργία ενός λογαριασμού στο διαδίκτυο, βεβαιωθείτε ότι θα επιλέξετε έναν κωδικό πρόσβασης στον λογαριασμό που θα είναι δύσκολο να μαντέψουν οι άλλοι και δεν θα πρέπει ποτέ να τον αποκαλύψετε σε οποιοδήποτε άλλο πρόσωπο. Είστε υπεύθυνος/η για να διατηρείτε απόρρητο τον εν λόγω κωδικό πρόσβασης, καθώς και για κάθε χρήση του λογαριασμού σας. Εάν χρησιμοποιείτε από κοινού έναν υπολογιστή ή κάνετε χρήση κοινόχρηστου υπολογιστή, μην επιλέγετε ποτέ υπενθύμιση της ταυτότητας/της ηλεκτρονικής διεύθυνσης σύνδεσής σας ή του κωδικού πρόσβασής σας και βεβαιωθείτε ότι έχετε αποσυνδεθεί από τον λογαριασμό σας κάθε φορά που απομακρύνεστε από τον υπολογιστή. Επίσης, θα πρέπει να κάνετε χρήση των ρυθμίσεων ή ελέγχων προστασίας απορρήτου που παρέχουμε στον Ιστότοπο/ στην εφαρμογή μας.
Διαβίβαση Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα. Η αποθήκευση και επεξεργασία των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα, όπως περιγράφονται ανωτέρω, προϋποθέτουν εν τέλει τη διαβίβαση/μετάδοση ή/και αποθήκευση των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν σε έναν προορισμό εκτός της χώρας κατοικίας σας συμπεριλαμβανομένων των χωρών που εφαρμόζουν διαφορετικές προδιαγραφές προστασίας δεδομένων σε σχέση με τις ισχύουσες στον ΕΟΧ. Έχουμε (i) θέσει σε εφαρμογή πάγιες συμβατικές ρήτρες, εγκεκριμένες από την Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή, για την προστασία των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα (και έχετε το δικαίωμα να μας ζητήσετε αντίγραφο αυτών των ρητρών (επικοινωνώντας μαζί μας όπως αναφέρεται πιο κάτω) ή/και (ii) θα βασιζόμαστε στη συγκατάθεσή σας (ως επιτρέπεται βάσει νόμου).
Εξαιτίας του διεθνούς χαρακτήρα των εργασιών μας, ενδέχεται να χρειαστεί να μεταφέρουμε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν και σε τρίτους, όπως αναφέρονται στο άρθρο 6 ανωτέρω, σύμφωνα με τους σκοπούς που περιγράφονται στην παρούσα Δήλωση Ιδιωτικότητας. Για το λόγο αυτό, ενδέχεται να μεταφέρουμε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν σε άλλες χώρες, οι οποίες έχουν διαφορετική νομοθεσία και διαφορετικές απαιτήσεις συμμόρφωσης για την προστασία των δεδομένων, από αυτές που εφαρμόζονται στην χώρα εγκατάστασής σας.
9. ΤΑ ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑΤΑ ΣΑΣ
Πρόσβαση στα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα. Έχετε δικαίωμα πρόσβασης, ελέγχου και υποβολής αιτήματος για τη λήψη ενός έντυπου ή ηλεκτρονικού αντιγράφου των πληροφοριών που σας αφορούν και που έχουμε στην κατοχή μας. Επίσης, έχετε το δικαίωμα να ζητάτε πληροφορίες σχετικά με την προέλευση των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν.
Μπορείτε να ασκήσετε αυτά τα δικαιώματα αποστέλλοντάς μας ένα e-mail info@foodrinco.gr ή γράφοντάς μας στη διεύθυνση FOODRINCO S.A., Λεύκης 132, Κρυονέρι, 145 68 και επισυνάπτοντας έναν αντίγραφο της ταυτότητάς σας ή αντίστοιχα στοιχεία (στις περιπτώσεις που ζητείται από εμάς και επιτρέπεται από τον νόμο). Εάν το αίτημα υποβληθεί από άλλο άτομο και όχι από εσάς τον ίδιο χωρίς να παρασχεθούν στοιχεία που να αποδεικνύουν ότι το αίτημα υποβλήθηκε νόμιμα για λογαριασμό σας, το αίτημα θα απορρίπτεται.
Θα πρέπει να επισημανθεί ότι τα στοιχεία ταυτότητας που παρέχονται σε εμάς θα υποβάλλονται σε επεξεργασία μόνο σύμφωνα και στον βαθμό που επιτρέπεται από την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία.
Επιπρόσθετα δικαιώματα (π.χ. τροποποίηση, διαγραφή Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα). Σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία, μπορείτε (i) να ζητάτε τη διαγραφή, φορητότητα, διόρθωση ή αναθεώρηση των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν, (ii) να περιορίζετε τη χρήση και γνωστοποίηση των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν και (iii) να ανακαλείτε τη συγκατάθεσή σας για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα επεξεργασίας δεδομένων της εταιρείας μας.

Σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία, μπορείτε να ασκήσετε τα ακόλουθα πρόσθετα δικαιώματα αναφορικά με την χρήση των Σχετικών Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν:

Θα πρέπει να επισημανθεί ότι, σε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις, θα είναι αδύνατον να διαγράψουμε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν χωρίς να διαγράψουμε ταυτόχρονα τον λογαριασμό χρήστη σας. Ενδέχεται να υποχρεωθούμε να διατηρήσουμε ορισμένα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν, ακόμα και αφού ζητήσατε τη διαγραφή τους, έτσι ώστε να τηρήσουμε τις νομικές ή συμβατικές υποχρεώσεις μας. Επίσης, ενδέχεται να μπορούμε βάσει της ισχύουσας νομοθεσίας να διατηρήσουμε ορισμένα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν για τις επαγγελματικές ανάγκες μας.
Όπου είναι δυνατόν, οι ιστότοποί μας διαθέτουν μια ειδική λειτουργία μέσω της οποίας μπορείτε να ελέγχετε και να επεξεργάζεστε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που έχετε δώσει. Θα πρέπει να επισημανθεί ότι απαιτούμε από τους εγγεγραμμένους καταναλωτές μας να επαληθεύσουν την ταυτότητά τους (π.χ. την ταυτότητα σύνδεσης/διεύθυνση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου σύνδεσης, τον κωδικό πρόσβασης) για να μπορέσουν να αποκτήσουν πρόσβαση ή να επιφέρουν αλλαγές στα στοιχεία λογαριασμού τους. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο αποτρέπεται η μη εξουσιοδοτημένη πρόσβαση στον λογαριασμό σας.

10. ΟΙ ΕΠΙΛΟΓΕΣ ΣΑΣ ΣΧΕΤΙΚΑ ΜΕ ΤΟΝ ΤΡΟΠΟ ΠΟΥ ΧΡΗΣΙΜΟΠΟΙΥΜΕ ΚΑΙ ΓΝΩΣΤΟΠΟΙΟΥΜΕ ΤΑ ΔΕΔΟΜΕΝΑ ΠΡΟΣΩΠΙΚΟΥ ΧΑΡΑΚΤΗΡΑ
Προσπαθούμε να σας προσφέρουμε επιλογές σχετικά με τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που μας παρέχετε. Μπορείτε να ελέγξετε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν μέσω των ακόλουθων μηχανισμών:
Cookies/Παρόμοιες τεχνολογίες. Μπορείτε να διαχειριστείτε τη συγκατάθεσή σας μέσω (i) της λύσης διαχείρισης συγκατάθεσης που σας παρέχουμε ή (ii) του προγράμματος πλοήγησής σας έτσι ώστε να αρνηθείτε τη χρήση όλων ή μερικών cookies/παρόμοιων τεχνολογιών ή να ειδοποιείστε για το πότε χρησιμοποιούνται. Διαφημίσεις, εμπορική προώθηση (μάρκετινγκ) και λοιπές προωθητικές ενέργειες. Μπορείτε να δώσετε τη συγκατάθεσή σας για τη χρήση των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν από τη FOODRINCO για την προώθηση των προϊόντων ή των υπηρεσιών μας μέσω του αντίστοιχου πλαισίου της φόρμας εγγραφής ή απαντώντας στην ερώτηση(εις) που υποβάλλουν οι αντιπρόσωποί του Τμήματος Εξυπηρέτησης Καταναλωτών. Εάν αποφασίσετε ότι δεν επιθυμείτε πλέον να λαμβάνετε τέτοιου είδους επικοινωνία, μπορείτε να δηλώσετε ότι επιθυμείτε τη μη λήψη επικοινωνίας για λόγους εμπορικής προώθησης ανά πάσα στιγμή, ακολουθώντας τις οδηγίες που παρέχονται σε κάθε επικοινωνία. Για να διαγραφείτε από η λήψη επικοινωνίας για λόγους εμπορικής προώθησης που αποστέλλεται με οποιοδήποτε μέσο, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των μέσων κοινωνικής δικτύωσης τρίτων παρόχων, μπορείτε να αποκλείσετε τη λήψη επικοινωνίας ανά πάσα στιγμή κάνοντας διαγραφή μέσω των διαθέσιμων συνδέσμων που υπάρχουν στην επικοινωνία μας συνδεόμενοι στους Ιστότοπους/στις εφαρμογές ή στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης τρίτων παρόχων και προσαρμόζοντας τις προτιμήσεις χρήστη σας στο προφίλ λογαριασμού σας μέσω αφαίρεσης της επισήμανσης από τα σχετικά πλαίσια ή καλώντας το Τμήμα Εξυπηρέτησης Καταναλωτών μας. Θα πρέπει να επισημανθεί ότι ακόμα και εάν δηλώσετε ότι δεν επιθυμείτε τη λήψη επικοινωνίας για λόγους εμπορικής προώθησης, θα εξακολουθείτε να λαμβάνετε μηνύματα διαχειριστικής φύσης από εμάς, όπως επιβεβαιώσεις παραγγελιών ή άλλων συναλλαγών, ειδοποιήσεις για τις δραστηριότητες λογαριασμού σας (π.χ. επιβεβαιώσεις λογαριασμού, αλλαγές κωδικού πρόσβασης κ.τ.λ.) και λοιπές σημαντικές ανακοινώσεις που δεν έχουν χαρακτήρα εμπορικής προώθησης.
Εξατομίκευση (εντός και εκτός δικτύου): Όπου απαιτείται από το νόμο, εάν επιθυμείτε τη χρήση Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που σας αφορούν από τη FOODRINCO προκειμένου να σας παρέχει μια εξατομικευμένη εμπειρία/στοχευμένες διαφημίσεις και περιεχόμενο, μπορείτε να το σημειώσετε μέσω του αντίστοιχου πλαισίου(ων) της φόρμας εγγραφής ή απαντώντας στην ερώτηση(εις) που υποβάλλουν οι αντιπρόσωποί του Τμήματος Εξυπηρέτησης Καταναλωτών. Εάν αποφασίσετε ότι δεν επιθυμείτε πλέον να επωφελείστε από την εν λόγω εξατομίκευση, μπορείτε να την αποκλείσετε ανά πάσα στιγμή συνδεόμενοι στους Ιστότοπους/στις εφαρμογές ή στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης τρίτων παρόχων και προσαρμόζοντας τις προτιμήσεις χρήστη σας στο προφίλ λογαριασμού σας μέσω αφαίρεσης της επισήμανσης από τα σχετικά πλαίσια ή καλώντας το Τμήμα Εξυπηρέτησης Καταναλωτών μας.
Στοχευμένη διαφήμιση. Συνεργαζόμαστε με διαφημιστικά δίκτυα και λοιπούς παρόχους διαφημιστικών υπηρεσιών («Πάροχοι Διαφημίσεων») που παρέχουν διαφημίσεις για λογαριασμό της εταιρείας μας και σε λοιπές μη συνδεόμενες με εμάς εταιρείες στο διαδίκτυο. Μερικές από αυτές τις διαφημίσεις είναι προσαρμοσμένες στα ενδιαφέροντά σας βάσει πληροφοριών που συλλέγονται σε ιστότοπους της FOODRINCO ή σε μη συνδεόμενους ιστότοπους κατά καιρούς. Μπορείτε να επισκεφθείτε το www.aboutads.info/choices για να μάθετε περισσότερα σχετικά με αυτό το είδος διαφήμισης, καθώς και σχετικά με το πώς θα αποκλείσετε διαδικτυακές διαφημιστικές πρακτικές από εταιρείες που συμμετέχουν στο αυτόνομο πρόγραμμα της Συμμαχίας Ψηφιακής Διαφήμισης (Advertising Alliance ή DAA). Επιπλέον, μπορείτε να αποκλείσετε διαφημίσεις αυτού του είδους στις εφαρμογές για κινητά από εταιρείες που συμμετέχουν στην εφαρμογή AppChoices της DAA καταφορτώνοντας την εφαρμογή από το κατάστημα εφαρμογών iOS ή Android. Επίσης, μπορείτε να παύσετε τη συλλογή δεδομένων ακριβούς τοποθεσίας από κινητή συσκευή ανατρέχοντας στις ρυθμίσεις παροχής υπηρεσιών τοποθεσίας της συσκευής σας.
11. ΜΕΤΑΒΟΛΕΣ ΣΤΗ ΠΑΡΟΥΣΑ ΔΗΛΩΣΗ
Σε περίπτωση που αλλάξουμε τον τρόπο με τον οποίο χειριζόμαστε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα, θα προχωρήσουμε σε επικαιροποίηση της παρούσας Δήλωσης. Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να επιφέρουμε αλλαγές στις πρακτικές μας και στην παρούσα Δήλωση ανά πάσα στιγμή, οπότε σας συστήνουμε να ελέγχετε συχνά εάν υπάρχουν επικαιροποιήσεις ή μεταβολές της Δήλωσής μας.

Θα αναγνωρίζουμε και θα διερευνούμε κάθε καταγγελία σχετικά με τον τρόπο που διαχειριζόμαστε τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα (συμπεριλαμβανομένων των καταγγελιών περί παραβίασης των δικαιωμάτων σας στο πλαίσιο της ισχύουσας νομοθεσίας περί προστασίας των δεδομένων).
