Elegant old rose hue and a persistent perlage. A delicate fragrance with hints of yeast, deriving from more than three years’ ageing in bottle, and the sensations of berries that are typical of Pinot Noir. A succulent mellowness, rich tanginess and intriguing vinosity; the notes of raspberry, wild strawberry and violets are accompanied by hints of brioche on the finish.
